TrueTone Systems provides AI automation, speed-to-lead systems (FirstDispatch), workflow automation, revenue systems, and related consulting services for businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement are defined in individual service agreements between TrueTone Systems and the client.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Infringe upon the rights of any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or any harmful technology
• Interfere with the normal operation of the website
• Collect or harvest data from the website without authorization

When you book a consultation or call through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at our discretion. Free consultations do not create any obligation to purchase services.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the property of TrueTone Systems and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any custom systems, automations, or deliverables created for a client are subject to the intellectual property terms defined in the individual service agreement for that engagement.

• Payment terms, including amounts, schedules, and methods, are defined in individual service agreements
• Setup fees are due prior to commencement of work unless otherwise agreed
• Monthly service fees are billed on a recurring basis as specified in the service agreement
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may result in suspension of services

Our guarantee ("Book 3 extra jobs in 30 days or month 2 is free") is subject to the following conditions:

• The client must have an active advertising or lead generation source
• The FirstDispatch system must be fully configured and operational
• The client must respond to qualified leads forwarded by the system within a reasonable timeframe
• "Extra jobs" refers to booked appointments attributed to FirstDispatch that would not have occurred without the system
• The guarantee applies to the second month of service fees only, not setup fees

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueTone Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to TrueTone Systems in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Results from our services may vary and past performance is not indicative of future results.

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms specified in the individual service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website at any time for violations of these Terms of Service, without prior notice.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrueTone Systems, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our website, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
